You agree that the property details and photographs may be included on this website until sold or until GPH decide for whatever reason to remove them, in which case a full refund will be made.
You will advise us once you have accepted an offer on your property, whether it is through this website or via an alternative source.
You agree that payment must be made before your property appears on this website.
We agree not to provide your details to any other party without obtaining your consent.
We will write a description of the property from the information you have provided. We will not provide you with this summary before it appears on the website unless you specifically request that we do so.
We accept no responsibility for claims by estate agents for commission due to a specific clause in their contract should you sell your property privately.
Normal sole and multi agency contracts should not cause a problem if you choose to sell privately but we advise you to notify the agent that you are also selling privately.
You agree to arrange your own viewings of the property with any interested parties.
You agree that all negotiations for the sale or let of your property will take place without our involvement.

Sellers
If you advertise your property for sale on this website, only the details and contact information which YOU select will be published. When we collect personal information from you via this website we will tell you about the purposes for which we may use it. We will not disclose it to any other third party without your permission unless we are required to do so by law.
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, contact address and telephone number and email address. In addition, details of the address and description of the property for sale if differing from the contact address.
We never pass any of your information to third parties without first gaining your explicit consent. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly (please use the e-mail link below).
Buyers
You do not have to register or provide any personal information to use our site or access any of the property details that are on the site. Any information enquiry we receive direct concerning a specific property listing will be treated in confidence, although we will retain and forward the enquirer's details to the property vendor in question as a matter of record and security.

This website may contain links that make it easy for users to visit other websites. If the user leaves this site through a link to a website operated by a third party, Guernsey Property Hub cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which users provide while visiting such linked sites.
