How do I advertise?
Advertising with Guernsey Property Hub is easy. Just click on Advertise to let now, or Advertise to sell now depending on whether you want to let or sell a property. Fill in the form and attach up to 12 digital photographs and we will advertise your Guernsey property for 12 months or until you let/sell the property.
The normal rate for this service is £50
Special introductory rate £0
The special introductory rate has no strings attached - you can advertise your property with us for nothing. If you sell or let your property as a result, you will pay us no commission.
You are able to change the property description just by notifying us at info@guernseypropertyhub.com. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at the same address.
